Dear Families and Community Members,
The holiday season is here once again, and preparation for Operation Santa is in the works! Each year, volunteers from Philipsburg Schools and generous donors from our community work together to provide Christmas assistance to families with children who may need a little extra help during the holidays.
Our mission is to ensure that each child receives warm winter clothing, a stocking full of goodies, and a special wish gift. In addition, every participating family will receive a food basket containing a complete holiday dinner.
Those who wish to support Operation Santa by shopping for a child may visit the Giving Tree at Huffman Grocery. Each tag on the tree includes information to help you choose the perfect gifts. Please drop off all purchased items at the high school office no later than delivery day.
Monetary donations are also welcome and greatly appreciated. These funds help purchase gifts for children whose tags may not be chosen and provide all items needed for the holiday food baskets. Operation Santa is funded entirely by donations, and none of this would be possible without the generosity of our incredible community.
