Below are links to our three levels of education. Please use them to keep updated on what's going on in the grade level of your students.
Out-of-District Enrollment
Application Deadline with all supporting documentation is due by 4:00 p.m. on the First day of June.
Every non-resident student seeking to enroll in the District must submit an Out-of-District Attendance Application consisting of the following items:
Completed Montana Office of Public Instruction Student Attendance Agreement (FP-14.1).
Copy of attendance records for the last three years from the current or previous school or homeschool documentation.
Copy of behavioral records for the last three years from the current or previous school.
Copy of academic records for the last three years from the current or previous school.
The Out-of-District Attendance Application form (FP-14.1) and required documentation must be submitted for consideration by 4:00 p.m. on the first Monday in June preceding the school year in which enrollment is requested. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Applications must be hand-delivered to the Superintendent/Principal, Assistant Principal or District Clerk at 407 Schnepel Street, Philipsburg, Montana during regular school hours, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please review Policy 3141 located in "3000s Student Policies" in Documents for more information pertaining to enrolling an out-of-district student. You can find information on criteria the Board will consider when reviewing and approving applications, priority of previously enrolled out-of-district students, class size limits, and the time-frame of approval or disapproval.
