GHS Athletics is fundraising this summer to raise money for equipment, uniforms, or any other items we may need throughout the year. This is an awesome opportunity to help support the student athletes. The first opportunity is a pint night at the brewery on Thursday, June 25th, from 5-8. There will also be a cornhole tournament in July and a silent auction in August, so be on the look out for more information! If you would like to help out or if you would like to donate to any of these opportunities especially the silent auction, contact Amy Crider @ 406-396-1775, or email: crideramy74@gmail.com.

Happy Last Day of School! Riding a horse to school has been a cherished tradition for generations of students in our community! What a fun way to start the school day—whether arriving on horseback or cruising in on a dirt bike. It's always exciting to see students keeping these local traditions alive and making memories along the way. Thank you to all of our students, families, and staff for a wonderful school year. We hope everyone has a safe, fun, and memorable summer. Congratulations on another successful year! Happy Summer! ☀️🐴🏍️📚

Reading is a lot more fun when you get to pie your teacher in the face at the end! 🥧📚 Over the past month, our sixth graders worked hard reading after school, writing book reviews, and completing book reports. Their dedication and effort paid off today as they earned the chance to pie me in the face! It was a great way to celebrate their hard work and encourage a love of reading. This was so much fun!

Today our 4th through 6th grade students headed to Deer Lodge for an exciting and educational field trip! Students had the opportunity to tour the Old Montana Prison, where they learned about the history of the prison, what daily life was like for inmates and guards, and how the prison operated many years ago. The visit gave students a unique look into Montana history and the justice system of the past. Students also visited Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site, where they explored what life was like on a working cattle ranch in the Old West. They learned about ranching, livestock, and how cowboys and ranch families helped shape Montana’s history and economy. Students also learned that the ranch was established before Montana even became a territory, making it an important part of early western history and cattle ranching in the region. It was a fun-filled day full of learning, exploration, and great memories with classmates and teachers! Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip possible.
