GHS Parents,

7th-12th grade students have the option to go bowling in Anaconda tomorrow or stay back to work on EdReady, Bingo Game and Christmas Art. Those that choose to go bowling will need a permission slip signed and returned to go on the bowling trip. A permission form has been handed out to each 7th-12th grade student and their is a copy attached for your convenience if needed.

Also, this is a reminder that tomorrow will be a full school day from 8:00-3:45 pm. Basketball teams will be leaving at 3:00 to go to Deer Lodge for their game. Go Prospectors!

Yesterday, the Elementary Student Council proudly participated in the Yule Night Parade in Philipsburg! The theme was Montana Wildlife, and our float featured a fun and creative mix of dinosaurs and aliens 👽. It was a wonderful experience, and everyone had a great time! Best, Ms. Walkley

Philipsburg School Board Trustee Positions Open December 11, 2025

Two (2) three-year term for the position of school board trustee, School District 1, Philipsburg, MT will be up for election on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The position will expire May 2029 for the three-year term. Any person who is registered to vote in School District 1 is eligible for the office of trustee.

Qualified people interested in filing for a position may obtain a Declaration of Intent and Oath of Candidacy from the School District Clerk, 407 Schnepel Street, Philipsburg, MT, Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The declaration must be signed, notarized, and returned to the District Clerk's Office by the conclusion of the workday on February 9, 2026.

*Camera is working now in Hamilton. Disregard below. GHS Basketball Tip Off Update The Hamilton AD is aware the NFHS camera is not working. They are working to resolve the issues to try to get the camera working as soon as possible. GHS girls current score 21-9 GHS is down.
