PHILIPSBURG - Philipsburg Schools will be mailing out a ballot to approve a new mill levy later this month, as king school district members to approve funds for the school.

The Tech Mill Levy will keep students, teachers, and administrators on pace with current tech advancements and give its graduates a solid foundation as they move on to the next phase of their lives.

Tim Allen of the Flint Creek Courier interviewed Superintendent Tom Gates and District Clerk/Business Manager Catherine Babbitt about what the mill levy will bring to the district and what it's costs will look like for area residents.
